The War Memorial

	Situated just outside of The Heritage Centre, this War Memorial with poppies placed in the foreground, bears the names of the brave men who fought, and lost their lives in the 1st & 2nd World Wars, and Korean War. So many brave men from such a small village as ours
	First of the two plinths with the names of the men of Wheatley Hill who lost their lives in The Great War
	2nd plinth with the names of the men of Wheatley Hill who gave up their lives in the 1st, & 2nd World Wars, and Korean War.
